You've all seen them: those few people who stand out in any crowd, anywhere.

My aim is to try and make a record of such encounters without creating any of the animosity
that such attempts might naturally provoke.

 Let's keep a sense of proportion here: I can't even remember the last time I ran anywhere; wanting and doing are different things.
Not to mention political correctness, the prime purpose of which is to change innocence into guilt.
